SGJobAI is an AI-powered job matching platform that operates through Telegram. Our AI assistant, Ava, helps:

  • Job seekers find relevant employment opportunities in Singapore
  • Employers connect with potential candidates
  • Facilitate anonymous communication between parties

2. Eligibility

To use SGJobAI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid Telegram account
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account

You agree NOT to:

We do not guarantee:

  • Employment outcomes from using the Service
  • The legitimacy of employers or job seekers

4.2 Third-Party Content

Job listings may be sourced from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of third-party job postings.

4.3 User Verification

While we strive to maintain quality, we do not verify the identity or credentials of all users. Exercise caution when sharing personal information.

5. Anonymous Communication

Our anonymous chat feature allows employers and candidates to communicate without revealing identities initially. By using this feature, you agree:

  • To communicate professionally and respectfully
  • Not to attempt to circumvent the anonymity system inappropriately
  • That identity reveal requires mutual consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Kalukan Pte Ltd and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

By submitting content (resumes, messages, etc.) to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY

9. Limitation of Liability
